This may not be the most exciting document you will ever read, but it is important to determine what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. 1.2 These terms and conditions apply if you place an order with us via the website www.innovativegenerationclothes.com (hereinafter referred to as โOnline Shopโ).
1.3 By placeing your order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which we will only call โTermsโ in the following. Therefore, please make sure that you have read and understood them before the order.
1.4 To place an order, you must have the right to conclude contracts, which means that you must be at least 18 years of age and not under guardianship. However, orders that are paid for with a debit/credit card may be made if you are at least 16 years old. You must provide a valid name, a valid e-mail address, a billing address and a delivery address in the countries EU.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information when registering and maintaining your customer account. You are responsible for keeping your data up to date and entering changes without delay in your customer account. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in the customer account being blocked and orders being rejected.
1.5 You may not place an order for business, commercial or self-employed activities. We do not issue commercial VAT invoices for business purposes. Companies within the meaning of Section 14 BGB are not entitled to place orders. We expressly point out that we do not issue any invoices within the meaning of Section 14 UStG.
1.6 We have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, but the terms and conditions you submit at the time of your purchase continue to apply to the respective purchase. Any changes made will be included in the latest published version of the terms and conditions in the online shop. Changes to the Terms will become effective from the time you accept the Terms, i.e. in connection with a new purchase. This means that we can change our terms from time to time and will also make changes. So keep visiting this site to stay up to date. Since we do not archive previous versions of the Terms, we recommend that you keep the copy we send you with each order confirmation.
2.1 The prices shown in the online shop include statutory VAT, but not the shipping costs. At the checkout, you will be shown the total cost of your purchase including the shipping costs.
2.2 Please note that prices, items and offers may vary in the online shop and in the physical stores.
2.3 The shipping costs are shown at the checkout, where the available delivery options are visible. Further information can be found here. The delivery options available to you depend on your shipping address and the ordered items.
If we are unable to deliver your order in full and need to make more than one delivery, you will not be charged any additional costs for the further deliveries. You can see at the cash desk when you place order. Further information can be found here.
2.4 We may offer promotions, discount codes, gifts and other offers from time to time. Such offers are only valid for the period specified in connection with these offers and on the conditions directly associated with it. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, unless expressly stated otherwise in the online shop. You must enter the discount code for the offer (if it is not automatically added to the checkout) before you make the purchase to use the offer.
3.1 Do you want to place an order? Great! We explain how this works. You put the items you want to order in your shopping bag by using the โAddโ button. In the shopping bag you can check your order and remove items, if you have considered it differently before going to check. If you place your order by clicking the button “Complete purchase”, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. You agree that you are obliged to pay the purchase price if we accept your order. Depending on the payment method you have selected, further steps may be required to complete your payment.
3.2 Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an automatic email confirmation that your order has been placed. Please note that this email is only used to confirm receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your offer. Your order will be considered a purchase offer, and a binding contract will only be concluded as soon as we have expressly accepted your offer by sending a shipping confirmation e-mail. We will inform you of our acceptance of your offer within five (5) days of receipt of your order by sending you the shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email is our acceptance of your order and the conclusion of our contract. Great!
3.3 For various reasons we may not be able to approve your order. We reserve the right not to approve your order for the following reasons: 3.3.a. Company, 3.3.b. legal or 3.3.c. commercial reasons. This could be the case, for example, if the item you ordered is defective and we have no further items in stock, or if we suspect that items are ordered for commercial resale. If we cannot approve your order, we will inform you as soon as possible after sending the automatic e-mail confirmation, but of course before we approve your order and send you the shipping confirmation. However, this does not apply to missing items โ whether due to human errors during the packing process or during transport.
3.4 If we have already received a payment for an order that has not been approved by us, we will attempt to refund the appropriate amount using the same payment method you used to make the payment. If alternative regulations are necessary for any reason, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
3.5 An order must be at least โฌ 10.00 to be processed after deduction of vouchers or discounts.
We offer the following payment methods. Depending on which payment method you choose, additional costs and conditions may apply.
4.1 Prepayment
Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details when you place your order by using a valid debit/credit card (VISA or Mastercard). The corresponding amount will be reserved immediately on your card, but only debited when the goods have been shipped. Innovative Generation reserves the right to verify the validity of the debit/credit card, the available credit in relation to the order value and the correctness of the address information of the person ordering. On the basis of the results of this inspection, we can also refuse orders.
PayPal
When paying via PayPal, Innovative Generation reserves the right to check whether it is a valid PayPal account, whether there is enough funds to cover the purchase price and whether the billing address of the ordering person is correct. The corresponding amount will be reserved immediately on your PayPal account, but will not be debited until the goods are sent out of the warehouse. Innovative Generation reserves the right to refuse any purchase.
Pay immediately
The payment method “Pay immediately.” is provided by Klarna.
You pay securely by “Immediately payment” with your online banking. Your online banking data will only be collected in Klarna’s secure payment form, Innovative Generation does not have access to your data or your account. Stripe
Stripe Payments Europe Limited is the entity through which Stripe processes payments for European businesses, based in Ireland and serving as a provider of financial infrastructure for businesses.
4.2 Payment after delivery
Pay later / installment purchase
The payment method “Paying Later” is provided by Klarna.
Once your order has been shipped in the warehouse, Klarna will provide you with information on how and when you should pay your payment. For more information or questions about your payment, please visit clearna.com or contact Klarna Customer Service.
4.4 Other
You will receive your proof of purchase in the shipping confirmation email. For this purpose, a correct e-mail address must be stored in your customer account. You agree to update your email address in your customer account if it changes.
5.1 You wonder when your order arrives? At the checkout, you will be informed of the delivery options available to your specified delivery address before submitting your order, including the estimated delivery time after confirming your order and the shipping cost for the selected delivery option. If we approve your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with all relevant information about your order and the selected delivery option.
5.2 Even if we do our best to deliver within the specified delivery time, delivery may sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact our customer service, which will do its best to help you.
5.3 Sometimes life comes in and you forget to pick up your order or respond to the shipping company. That’s fine, we have all been in this situation. If your order cannot be delivered after several delivery attempts or if you do not pick up the parcel shop or the packing station after several reminders, we have the right to charge you for the return costs of โฌ 2.99. You will refund the order value and shipping costs using the same payment method that you used for your purchase, minus the return fee. Please note that if you have chosen a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery, only the amount of the cost of the standard delivery will be refunded.
5.4 Please note that we cannot deliver to company addresses. Packing stations are not delivered.
6.1 You have changed your mind? Our partner, Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we and Printify offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the info@innovativegenerationclothes.com email address and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
Note
The refund will be paid to the original payment method. However, if your selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), please note that the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
If thereโs an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that our partner Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
If you have not received your refund within 10 days, please contact customer service info@innovativegenerationclothes.com and we will assist you.
6.2 If you notify us, you can optionally use the following template, but this is not necessary: To Innovative Generation Nagynรฉ Scheffer, hereby I declare that I will receive from my purchase contract for the following goods (insert order number), received on (insert date). Sincerely (your name, address and date).
6.3 Of course, we make every effort to ensure that everything runs smoothly in our online shop system. However, there may be occasional problems. If it is not possible to access your online order via the online shop system due to any system malfunction, we will not be able to process your purchase.
7.1 Is there a problem with the item you ordered? According to applicable consumer protection laws, all items must be free from defects, which means that they comply with the purchase contract, are suitable for the intended purpose and provide the same service as all other items of the same type. 7.2 Depending on the article, relevant defect and your request, we offer you to replace the item with a new one if it is considered defective. If this is not possible or if this process would cause disproportionate costs, we will offer you a price reduction or refund as you wish. 7.3 If an article you received is defective and you notice the defect within 30 days of receipt of the article, you can follow the instructions in Section 6 (Return & Revocation). Please send notification to Customer Service that the item was defective.
7.4 Any costs you incur to incorrect/defective items, in will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used when you purchased.
8.1 We do our best to precisely present and describe the characteristics of our items in the online shop in terms of dimensions, composition and colours. However, the color display depends on your device. Our measurements are only approximate values to better assess the model or fit of the respective article. It is not a guarantee of the actual dimensions of the item you receive, as the final measurements may vary depending on the material used in the manufacture. If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you can return it – see Section 6 (Return & Revocation).
8.2 What happens if something really goes wrong? If an event occurs that is beyond our control and which we cannot adequately cope with or foresee, we are no longer obliged to perform the contract with you. Such an event could include state action or omissions, new laws, labour laws, war or war danger, serious disturbances of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, pandemic, epidemic, virus and natural disasters. If any of these events occur, we are not obliged to pay you for any damages. Please note that as a consumer in all such circumstances you always have the right to cancel your purchase.

5.1 You may be wondering when your order will arrive? 5.4 Sometimes things get in the way and you suddenly forget to pick up your order or respond to the carrier. It’s okay, it can happen to us all. However, if your order cannot be delivered after several attempts, or if the order is not picked up at the pick-up point after several reminders, we have the right to charge you the cost of returning the order to us.
5.5 Due to transport restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to certain distribution points in Kvalfjord, Hakkstabben, Kongshus and Skavnakk.
Please note that we cannot deliver to business addresses and parcel points/shops.
6.1 Have you changed your mind? That’s fine. Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from all or part of your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. In addition, we give you an additional 16 days as an extended right to return one, more or all of the items in your order. This means that you have a total of 30 days to return items. For sale items, however, the voluntary right of withdrawal does not apply, so the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the complete order.

6.6 If you choose to return all items in an order, we will refund the value of the order and the delivery cost. However, you will be charged for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise stated in the online store. If you choose to keep some items and only return part of the order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

7.1 Is there something wrong with the item you ordered? According to current consumer protection laws, all products must be free from defects, i.e. they must comply with the sales contract, be fit for their purpose and function like any other product of the same type. 7.3 If an item you have received is defective and you notice the defect within 30 days of receiving it, or 14 days (for sale items), you may choose to follow the instructions in Section 6 (Returns). State that the item was defective, either on the returns form or in your communication with customer service.

6.1 Have you changed your mind? Our Partner Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
If thereโs an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that Innovative Generation and our partner Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
6.2 The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the day zou providing evidence of defected product. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact Customer Service and we will help you.
